The goal of the 2024 strategic plan is to embrace the health, safety, and quality of life for all residents as determined by law and community interests. Through our services, we have promoted a sense of accomplishment and growth through improving our county. We aim to do that by showing transparency and authenticity, leading by example, ensuring the safety and best interests of our residents through honesty, reliably sheltering our citizens from crisis, creating an air of civility and respect, and leading by example to serve our community.
